What Actually Happens in the First 48 Hours After You Sign With Us

Most vendors expect the process to begin with photography, videography, a price guide conversation and the listing going live.

At Fredman, a successful campaign starts with a more considered approach.

The most important work happens well before any of that – and from the outside, it’s largely invisible.

We start with buyers – not marketing

The first thing we’ll do after signing is reach out to our most motivated buyers and buyer advocates – people in our circle actively working to find the right home right now.

We bring them through the property.

Not to sell it. Instead, we want to hear their thoughts on the home.

Their feedback on presentation, pricing, and fit gives us something no market report can – a real-time read on how your home is being perceived by the people most likely to buy it.

And the thing is, even if it’s not directly acting as a sales mechanism, often it naturally leads to results.

Feedback builds the foundation

As a campaign is built, these early conversations inform what’s to come – from how the home should be presented, to how the sale should be conducted (via expressions of interest, private sale or auction).

Every decision flows from what we learn in those first 48 hours – not from assumptions or a template.

This means we never launch a property blind

At this level of the market, going into a campaign without these steps means we’re building with no foundations.

Being proactive in understanding the direct market we’re selling is great for optimising our process for a successful result. But on top of that, for you as a vendor, it saves time, stress and often money.

What does this mean for you selling your property?

The first 48 hours will be quiet on your end.

But for us, there’s plenty of conversation and strategy that goes into developing the type of clarity we need to run a carefully considered campaign for your property sale
