High end real estate agency in Brighton face an influx of buyers swooping on Scott and Alex Pendlebury’s sleek bayside Melbourne home

Collingwood Football Club captain Scott Pendlebury and his wife Alex have found a buyer for their chic Melbourne home.

The couple have owned the address for almost seven years and built the refined four-bedroom house, engaging Adam Kane Architects.

The listing carried a price guide of $5.75 million to $6.1 million, but the sale price is undisclosed.

Known as The Bayside House for its beachside suburb location, the contemporary execution on a 515-square-metre block includes polished plaster walls and sleek stone finishes, with expanses of glass looking out to the pool and gardens.

Striking pendant lighting is a signature of the urbane interiors and a breezeway flows through to the north-orientated living room, which has a concealed bar.
