Scott and Alex Pendlebury say ‘bittersweet’ goodbye to stylish Elwood house with the help of high end real estate agency in Melbourne
Scott and Alex Pendlebury say selling their Elwood family home is “bittersweet” but exciting.
Property Confidential understands their Adam Kane Architects-designed ‘Bayside House’ sold for an undisclosed sum in the vicinity of $6.5m after being listed with a $5.75m-$6.1m guide.
Both Pendleburys stated they were sad to be leaving the four-bedroom house they built three years ago and have lived in with children Darcy and Jax in individual Instagram posts.
“We are proud of this one and will miss the ‘hood, but v (ery) excited for the next chapter,” their posts read
Bayside House’s impressive features include a magnesium swimming pool and spa, sheltered courtyard, turf-surfaced mini basketball court, a sauna room and wine cellar and self-contained bedroom and gym above the garage.
