From a single-fronted home in Williamstown, to their dreamy Elwood design for sale, and bigger reno dreams, the Pendleburys have proven they’ve got a good eye off the field.
Alex Pendlebury is a nutritionist and model. She and her husband, Collingwood captain Scott Pendlebury, have two children: son, Jax, 5, and daughter, Darcy, 2.
FIRST HOME
We had a gorgeous old Victorian single-fronted house in Williamstown, which we renovated keeping the heritage front of the house. We loved this house as it was our first real home together, and our first backyard, which meant we could get our first dog, Lenni, who has travelled with us house to house ever since!

CURRENT HOME
Our home in Elwood (Adam Kane Architects, built by Nick Spartel & Hardwick, for sale through Fredman Property Group) is the first house we designed and built, plus it’s where we have raised our kids so far, so it will always hold a special place with us. It is on the most beautiful tree-lined street, and that feeling continues through into a very green and luscious garden. The outdoors flow inside with floor-to-ceiling windows across the whole north side to make it feel so light and breezy. The open-plan living area has had a really beautiful feel for our family; it’s such a comfortable home.
